1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days (varies by location)
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
  • Priority Shipping: For faster delivery, this service ensures your package arrives in 1-2 business days.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options internationally and will notify customers when that becomes available.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. You can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping charge will be applied at checkout based on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. You can also log into your account on our website to check the status of your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working on expanding our shipping options.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct, as we are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact us at support@thewoolbes.com for further assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you want to ship items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. At this time, we do not support shipping multiple items to different addresses in a single order.

8. Holiday Shipping

During busy holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer due to increased order volumes. We encourage you to place your holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
